All subscription orders placed prior to the 15th of the month are dispatched at the end of the same month and can take 3-5 working days to arrive.
The cost of delivery is included in your subscription order. Unfortunately at present we are unable to ship outside of the UK.
The speed of delivery of gift purchases is dependant on the method you choose. Please aim for orders to arrive within 3 working days.
We will email you when your order has been dispatched. Please allow 5 days for it to arrive before contacting us.
If you are unhappy with your box for any reason you can claim a full refund upon return of your box. No questions asked, we want you to be happy with your box. Your box must be returned in its original packaging and in an unused condition. Returns must be posted back to us within 14 days of receiving your box.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note we are not liable for the cost of return postage or for any returns damaged or lost in transit on their way back to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we aim to process all refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@peachymindsbox with the subject ‘exchange’ and we’ll send you more details.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to someone else, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
